Privacy policy

Mister.D ("we") builds and runs software for its clients. This policy covers misterd.dev and the sign-in services we operate for applications we build, including sign-in with Amazon, Apple and Google. Questions and requests go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, work email, company and the note you write. We store them in a private Google Sheet and use them to reply and schedule the call.
• Email. Whatever you send to our addresses.
• Sign-in with Amazon, Apple or Google. When you choose one of them in an application we operate and accept the consent screen, the provider sends us a user ID, your name and your email address. With Apple you can hide your email; we then receive an Apple relay address. We never receive your password, and we have no access to your orders, payment details or anything else in that account.
• Technical data. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes your IP address and request details to serve and protect it. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google.

This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To answer you and hold the call you asked for.
• To create your account in the application you signed in to, keep you signed in and send you sign-in codes.
• To detect abuse and keep the services secure.

We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising or build profiles from it.

Who else processes it

• Cloudflare, for hosting and network security.
• Google, for email, the contact form sheet and web fonts.
• Amazon Web Services, for hosting the sign-in services and sending sign-in emails.
• The organization that owns the application you signed in to. Your account in that application belongs to them, and their own privacy policy applies to how they use it.

How long we keep it

Contact form data and email: up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. Sign-in data: while your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days.

Your choices

• Write to [email protected] to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. We answer within 30 days.
• You can remove an application's access from your provider account at any time: in Amazon, under Your Account, Login with Amazon; in Apple, under Settings, your name, Sign in with Apple; in Google, under Security, Third-party apps.

Security

All traffic goes over HTTPS. Provider credentials and signing keys are kept on the server, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
